A dry, full-bodied white wine that we imported from our Italian connection in Abruzzo, Lidia and Amato.
It has wonderful stonefruit and citrus aromas along with balanced acidity nad minerality. It is made from the Pecorino grape varietal, but tastes nothing like Pecorino cheese. It pairs beautifully with appetizers, cheese and charcuterie or chicken and fish dishes with cream sauce or fettucini alfredo. It is a delight and an uncommon find. This is a varietal that was thought to be extinct at onepoint.
