Ayca is our estate grown and produced, semi-sweet 100% Traminette. It is a fragrant white wine with crisp acidity, floral aromas and a bright citrus finish. It pairs well with fish, chicken and spicy Asian foods. A great summer wine, but good all year.

RS-3%, pH-3.2, TA-6.2
Fermented in SS at 60 degrees and back sweetened with Traminette juice that was fresh frozen at harvest. Sterile filtered before bottling.
