This is our first vintage of "amber wine" made from estate grown Petit Manseng grapes skin-fermented like a red wine. This follows an ancient style of wine making. It is dry, full-bodied, and flavorful. Unlike other white wines, it has moderate smooth tannins. It pairs well with fish, poultry, cheese and charcuterie.

Fermented in open tanks with punch-downs for 10 days before pressing and ageing in SS. Sterile filtered before bottling.
