Our Heirloom Blend is made from fruit sourced from Fruit Valley Orchard in Oswego, NY. We fermented it in French Oak, where it was left to mature for 8 months. This cider is crisp and clean, both in the aroma and on the palate, with the brightness of perfectly tart ripe apples, and lingering hints of vanilla and oak. In the blend: Equal parts -Northern Spy, Red Spy, & Golden Russet.
