Long beautiful ripening fall weather on our south facing slopes lead to a wine reminiscent of the Bourgueil region in France. Note an expression of red plum, dark cherry, blackberry, and blueberry with floral nuances, without the bell pepper profile common in Cabernet Franc. Velvety smooth fine grain tannins and medium acidity complete the long memorable finish. This wine has aged in French oak for 24 months and is 100% estate grown Cabernet Franc
