Drawing inspiration of white Burgundies from Puligny-Montrachet, our 2022 vintage is typified by aromatics of Meyer lemon, white flowers, and green apple. This wine has spent 8 months in French Oak barrels on lees after fermentation, and then transferred back into stainless steel tanks for 4 additional months. The oak, although restrained, provides concise texture to counterbalance flavors of honeysuckle, citrus blossoms, stone fruit, and crisp acidity.
