Seacoast Seven Rivers is a blend of our best selling Noiret and the Chambourcin wine we made from our estate grapes in the fall of 2017. This soulful wine is a full-bodied, dry, red wine that reveals silky tannins, and the medium-toasted, French oak used in aging. The wine expresses the character of the unique terroir by using minimal intervention in the vineyard and wine making. This is perfect for special holiday dinners, or a quiet evening in front of a fire while roasting chestnuts. It pairs well with roasted meats, fowl, and vegetables, aged firm ripe cheeses, and your favorite chocolate desserts.
