Noiret is a full-bodied, dry red wine, made from our estate grown Noiret grapes. With bold, silky tannins, and French oak emphasizing aromas of faint black pepper, fig, and clove in the fruit-forward expression of this wine. Flavors of dark berries marry with back notes of leather, earth and spice. This wine expresses the unique character of the tidal, river bank terroir by using winemaking techniques that minimize intervention. This wine pairs well with stuffed and baked ragu style pasta, hot antipasto, bold cheeses, meats on the grill, rich beef or lamb dishes, and rich chocolate desserts.
