Aromella is a dry, white, aromatic wine made from our estate Aromella grapes. Aromella has Gewürztraminer in its heritage, and shows off the lovely spice and floral attributes of that varietal. This vintage is characterized by notes of honeysuckle, citrus peel, and a floral Muscato character. This wine expresses the unique character of the tidal, river bank terroir by using winemaking techniques that minimize intervention. Aromella pairs well with soft, mild cheeses, sautéed or grilled chicken, mild fish and shell fish, and your favorite fruit-based desserts.
