This Old-World classic has been a long-time favorite to wine lovers around the world. Both Sangiovese and Merlot grapes have been married in our vineyard since its inception. We planted both varietals at the same time in the same south-facing hillside block that is dominated by well-drained sandy loam soil. Enjoy this easy and smooth new classic.
Our modern take on this classic blend exudes notes of cherry, sun-dried tomato, leather, pepper, and caramel. A food-friendly wine and a must-have with Italian food, you'll enjoy pairing this with salami & cheese, pasta, pizza night and more!
Aged for 14 months in French oak. 320 cases produced.
