Every year we get the last press of cider from our local cider mill and blend with local wildflower honey to create Gravity. We take 15 gallons and age six months in PA Rye Whiskey Barrel to create Dark Gravity. Pairs well with fire pits, smoked meat, cigars, robust cheese or simply good friends!
