Snow Farm’s red Pétillant Naturel, or Pet Nat, is made with our Frontenac grapes and is made naturally by bottling before complete fermentation. It is unfiltered and the natural yeast sediment can be shaken into the wine and consumed, or the wine can be poured off the sediment. Crisp and refreshing red berry flavors. Blackberry and raspberry aromas. Pairs with charcuterie and many entrées or is delightful on its own.
