An off-dry Riesling that is crisp and satisfying. A nicely balanced acidity and bright fruitiness. The nose is full of mandarin and citrus aromas. Mineral notes with grapefruit and peach flavors followed by a nice refreshing finish. Pairs perfectly with sushi, sweet and sour dishes, or with mildly spicy food. Best to drink slightly chilled or chilled.
