We're excited to be one of the first handful of wineries across New York to receive the Sustainable Winegrowing certification through the New York Wine & Grape Foundation! As you know, sustainability is incredibly important to us and in honor of April 22nd being Earth Day - and to celebrate this brand new certification - we're offering a special Sustainability Trio this year: 2021 Good Earth Red, 2022 Good Earth White, and 2023 Petillant Naturel. All three of these wines represent commitments we've made to biointensive farming practices: solar-power, regenerative agriculture, composting, creating safe spaces for pollinators, growing fully organic Cornell hybrid grape varieties, hand-picking grapes to make small-batch wines with no sugar added... if doing as much as you can to ensure a healthier environment is important to you, then Silver Thread wines are a terrific fit!
