100% estate grown Blackbird was barrel aged for two years and is a true reserve wine. Grapes were hand-harvested at optimal ripeness from our 10-year-old lakeside vineyard that is farmed using bio-intensive viticulture. The result is elegant, complex and earthy, with excellent length and ageability. 150 cases were produced. 52% Cabernet Franc, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot.
