An off-dry cyser made with a honey blend and fresh-pressed Virginia cider, flavored with apple pie spices, aged in French oak barrels. This seasonal, barrel-aged Cyser is a blend of Virginia apple cider from Showalter’s Orchard and some of our favorite varietals of honey. The flavors are reminiscent of crisp apple cider, baking spices and a hint of smokiness from the French oak barrels. Pairs well with dark chocolate, dried apples, Gouda cheese, honey coat cured turkey, roasted hazelnuts, ginger cookies, a toasty fire, and your sweet dreams.
