A semi-sweet melomel made with blueberry blossom honey, blueberries, and aged in bourbon barrels. Bourbon St. Blues has been served at our tasting room numerous times on tap and was one of the most requested flavors to bottle. This limited release was produced in collaboration with Ironclad Distillery, and features the flavors of sweet blueberries and bourbon, with notes of vanilla from the honey. Pair with pepper steak, aged cheeses, toasted nuts, or American classics like a pub burger with caramelized onion.
