This 2021 Chardonnay offering is our first estate Chardonnay. We harvested the fruit with beautiful flavors on the 22nd of September. The juice was fermented cold in 33% new French oak alongside some neutral oak barrels. After fermentation was complete the wine underwent a partial malolactic fermentation giving the wine its beautiful mid-palate. The barrels were stirred for the first 3 months then settled and aged on Sur Lie for 16 months. The aromas are toasty and lightly buttery with vanilla scents, while on the palate the creamy texture and flavors of ripe apple and peach touch the senses.

This blend of red wine comes from different parts of the Columbia Valley in Washington state. Most of the wine in this blend was aged for 22 months.

The wine is a blend of approximately 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Malbec.

Aged in French oak barrels the wine exhibits dark fruit aromas with earth tones along with a slight scent of vanilla all combining with flavors of blackberry and plum that coat the mouth with structured tannins.

The 2021 Pinot Gris was made from two different vineyards. With 70% coming from the Estate Pinot Gris and the remaining from a vineyard located about 3 miles away. Harvested with great flavors and acidity, both vineyards were fermented separately for approximately 40 days using a couple of different yeast strains to produce the flavors and fragrances that are portrayed in the bottle. The aromas are citrusy with hints of tropical fruit. The palate has similar flavors along with a minerality note that leaves a nice clean, balanced finish.

The fruit, harvested on the 22nd of October, was sourced from Bacchus Vineyard in Columbia Valley, Washington. After destemming and cold soaking for 24 hours the juice was inoculated and fermented for ten days. The resulting wine then went into all French Oak barrels, 33% new, where it aged for 20 months. The aromas of this wine show signs of dark fruit with subtle earth tones, while the palate has similar dark fruit flavors with gentle tannins and a soft finish.

The 2020 Barrel Select Pinot Noir is a cuvee, selected from a group of barrels composed of different Pinot Noir clones and French cooperages. After 14 months of aging our winemaker crafted a blend of clones 777, Pommard, and 114. After barrel selection was made the barrels were all blended together and returned to barrels for 6 more months of aging.

The last fruit to be picked in 2021. This Riesling had great acid and flavors as we picked it. Fermented cold for 32 days to retain the aromas exemplified in the bottle. The aromas remind us of lemon custard, tart apple, and a little white peach. The palate has succulent acidity with tangy flavors along with an underlying mineral note that adds focus and length.

This 2020 Pinot Noir is a blend of different Pinot Noir clones. Each vineyard was harvested on days our winemaker thought were best for that particular site. Each vineyard was fermented then aged separately for 12 months before the blend of different clones (777, 115, 114 and Pommard) was created. The blend then went back into French oak for another two months before being ready to bottle.

This Pinot Noir is from a vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton as the label states. Harvested the first week of October the grapes were destemmed and cold soaked for 48 hours before being inoculated. After what seemed like the perfect fermentation the wine was pressed, settled, then put to bed in French oak barrels (1/3 new oak) for nearly 21 months.
