Red Blend (Merlot, Zinfandel, Syrah)
Fills every corner of the mouth, not overly tannic.
A brilliant, deep claret color with aromas of spice and strawberry on the nose. Medium bodied with a slight lingering sweetness on the finish. Zinfandel brings in a berry flavor, Merlot lends ripe plum, while Syrah adds notes of blackberries and dark chocolate.
Pairs well with Steaks, Burgers, Lamb, Tuna and Cheddar Cheeses.
