An off-dry hard cider from the co-fermentation of fresh pressed apple and cranberry juices. The cranberry yields a tartness and tannin on the palette more characteristic of a heritage-style cider and a bright pink translucent color. A touch of cane sugar is added to bring the apple a bit more forward. Silver medal winner in 2018 GLINTCAP competition. Medalist in the 2018 CiderCraft magazine awards ‘fruit cider’ category.
