The 2018 Chambourcin is an off-dry single-varietal wine made up of 100% Chambourcin, aged in 100% neutral French oak for 15 months. This is a higher acid red wine with good balance coming from the residual sugar.
The 2016 Blanc is an off-dry white blend made up of 50% Vidal, 25% Riesling, 10% Petit Manseng, 9% Traminette, and 5% Viognier. With great aromatics and a hint of sweetness, this wine makes an excellent porch-sipper on a hot summer day.
The 2017 Rosé is a blend of 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc, 15% Tannat, 12% Merlot, 6% Malbec, and 5% Petit Manseng aged in 100% Stainless Steel for 11 months. This rosé is medium boded with a well-rounded mouthfeel and smooth finish.
Our Sparkling Rosé is a blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Vidal, 11% Riesling, 11% Merlot, 6% Petit Manseng, and 3% Traminette aged in 100% Stainless Steel and produced using the forced carbonation method. This dry and crisp sparkling rosé pairs excellently with warm weather, celebrations, and various dishes.
