Wild is white wine blend that has had no interference in the fermentation or cellaring. It is almost completely wild. Juices from 5 other white grape varietals were blended together prior to fermentation. No yeast, nutrients, or other ingredients were added to the juice to ferment it into wine. The native yeasts that exist in our production room fermented the sweet juice into a remarkably aromatic and flavorful dry white wine. The composition of the wine is as follows: 32.3% Viognier | 31.3% Pinot Grigio | 27.8% Chardonnay | 4.5% Moscato Giallo | 4.1% Sauvignon Blanc
