Pronounced “Tem-Pra-Nee-Yo”, this black grape variety is grown around the world, most notably in Spain. Our Tempranillo was grown in California, which has similar terroir (warm & dry) as the Rioja, Spain’s most notable wine region. It has characteristics like strawberry, cherry, fig, and some earthy qualities like oak and cedar with chocolate, coconut, vanilla and sweet spice.
