Pinot Noir 2019 (Nouveau bottling) - A black pine grown for bottle aging. Pinot Noir derives its name from its black grape clusters that are shaped like pine cones. While Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon calls Pinot Noir “sex in a glass”. While our Pinot Noir may not live up to that high an honor, it's pretty damn good. Bright acidity, spicy tannins, cherry cola and earthy notes equals are typical Pinot Noir notes and show beautifully in this vintage from Washington State.
