Cabernet Sauvignon tends to produce full bodied wines, high in tannin and acidity which allows this wine to be ageable. Black currant, cassis, green pepper and in warm climates a jamminess. Fruit forward with tell tale black currant, cassis, spiciness with firm yet not austere tannins. After aging the oakiness should turn to cedar notes. Typicity abounds in this bottling. This wine jams!
