85% Vidal, 15% White Zinfandel. This silky smooth rosé is just off-dry with a heavenly, coral color. This wine was blended for a wedding in 2017 and it was so good, it was kept for sale in our tasting room. Wonderful aromatics from the Vidal and flavor from the Zinfandel, make this a great summer time rosé. It was named after the "Whispering Angel" French wine that was the inspiration for this blend.
