Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate nose with complex dark berry, low sweetness and moderate tart flavors up front. Complex, medium-high tartness and French oak structure in the middle. Finishes with a sharp black currant and dark chocolate texture that lingers on the back of your palate. Serve at room temp for maximum chocolate flavor.
