This cider showcases the Wickson Crabapple. Zesty, with citrus notes, this cider pairs well with spicy curries, braised pork and sharp cheeses. Cold fermented on DV-10 and wild yeasts in stainless steel barrels. Pétillant - in-ferment for fine, light, bubbles. Dense, tannic and acidic. Bottled March 2024.
