This cider showcases the Wickson Crabapple. Zesty, with citrus notes, this cider pairs well with spicy curries, braised pork and sharp cheeses. Cold fermented on DV-10 and wild yeasts in stainless steel barrels. Pétillant - in-ferment for fine, light, bubbles. medium tannins. Bottled March 2023.

Arguably the finest traditional American cider apple, 'Harrison', creates a dense, orange-wine like cider that is both full-bodied and well-rounded in finish and the Porter's Perfection apples give this cider tannic backbone, adding a touch of astringency and minerality. This low sulfite cider was fermented in stainless steel barrels to preserve varietal character and for natural, fine bubbles. Unfiltered. Bottled Jan 2022.

With a touch of astringency and great minerality, this low to medium acidity still cider is our most subtle and easy-drinking, Cold fermented on a combination of DV-10 and wild yeasts in stainless steel barrels.
