Focused and transparent, Masters Tremlett's is a cider of tremendous textural balance. A 50/50 blend of bittersharp Tremlett's Bitter Geneva and bittersweet Harry Masters Jersey apples, This still cider showcases the beauty of fine tannin and electric acidity found in these varieties. Aromatically, a mix of tropical fruits and apple skins, it's medium-bodied with a serious cut on the finish that keeps the cider immensely fresh. Cold-fermented in stainless steel barrels on DV-10 yeast and racked once before bottling (unfiltered). A fantastic bottle to pair with a classic cast-iron roasted chicken and crispy potatoes.
