Porter's Perfection
Porter’s Perfection makes an exceptional single variety cider that is bright, slightly astringent, fruity, dense and with great minerality. Medium tannins. Bone-dry. Lightly sparkling through bottle conditioning, this minimal intervention, clean, natural cider has little to no sulfites added. Contains sediment and pectic, allow to settle before pouring. The Porter’s Perfection apple originates in 18th century England and has become our favorite single varietal and most planted tree in our orchard. Bottled Jan 2022.

Old Lunkie
A “Lunkie” is a low-linteled passage in a drystone wall allowing lambs
to roam from orchard to orchard. ‘Old Lunkie’ invites us passage to
forgotten traditional European orchards. Soft and full-bodied with
complex tannins, this bone-dry, slow-fermented blend of rare English

Golden Crab
Gold Medal Winner.
The Golden Crab is a still, high acid cider, beautiful balance of fermented and fresh flavors, most notably pomme fruits and tropical fruits. The still texture highlights how high and arching cider’s acidity can be without becoming pointed or punishing. The fruit notes are pomme fruits and tropical fruits. Slow, cold-fermented in stainless steel barrels on DV-10 yeast. Unfiltered. 50/50% blend of two sought-after American sharps - The Wickson Crabapple and the Golden Russet.

Farmhouse Dry

The 2022 Farmhouse Dry is a full-bodied, aromatic, slightly astringent cider that showcases a bittersharp & bittersweet heavy blend of apples.
Balanced acidity. Unfiltered. Medium acidity. Moderately sparkling in a bottle conditioned style for fine bubbles, this minimal intervention cider has very little sulfites added. Bottled December 2021.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: Orange peel, anise, fresh apricot.
Palate: Citrus (grapefruit and lemon), fruit forward, mouthwatering acidity that hits very quickly. Mid palate "crabby" tannins. Subtle, but lingering finish characterized by "softer", bittersweet tannins.
