Fermentation halted at 0.7% residual sugar, giving this wine all the character of an aged dessert wine, but with very little sugar. Fortified with locally made wine spirits. Barrel aged for 46 months on the lees in neutral Oak. Unfiltered and unfined. Best decanted for 30 minutes and served at 55-60°. 120 cases produced.
