Our Oaked Chardonnay is still considered to be on the lighter side of oak aging. There are prominent oak characteristics that are not overpowering. We use puncheon barrels that have less surface area and are twice the size of regular barrels.
NOSE: Vanilla, ripe pear with slight oak
PALATE: Baked apple, spice, and toasted marshmallow
COLOR: Light straw
