TASTING NOTES
Fun, fruit forward, & affordable. Sparklet Effervescent White is approachable and smooth with playful beading bubbles. Highly aromatic, with delicate notes of white peach and honeysuckle. Intense flavors of apricot, honeycrisp apple, and a creamy lingering lime finish. Vibrant acidity balances the residual sugar (7g/L) and a light-medium body.
WINEGROWING
Grown with a focus on sustainability. These grapes are farmed on alluvial soils mixed with larger volcanic strata. A properly managed, umbrella like canopy allows for just the right air flow and dappled sunlight on to the clusters to achieve maximum quality. The soils of the vineyard site enhances the expression of character for each variety and lends to the uniqueness of the wine. Picked at the perfect balance for ripeness and acidity.
WINEMAKING
Spontaneously co-fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel for a couple brix depletion. Soon after, our house yeast culture is pitched to maintain consistency and dominate the fermentation. The wine was aged undisturbed on the lees until filtration. Minimal sulfites added at bottling for stability.
