Perfumed notes of cedar, dried herbs, and violet lace the bouquet. 89% Petit Verdot was co-fermented with 11% Viognier to lift the aromatics, soften the tannins, and add a smooth, unexpected complexity. Often blended as a supporting varietal, it is quickly becoming a standout for New World wineries.
