This mead is made with the best Blueberry varietal honey possible. Once fermented, it was aged in brandy barrels for 12 months!
Light lemon, unripened fruit, floral, plums, light citrus, dried fruits, slight buttery finish.
This slightly sweet mead has some nice heat and acidity that really plays well with heavy or spicy food. Pair with Pad Thai or a steak dinner would be the perfect accompaniment to this special varietal.
