Named after the owner's grandson, the complexities of this well structured wine come from fruit traditionally grown in the Bordeaux region of France. Equal parts (25%) of Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot were aged in French oak to yield aromas of black cherry and a long spicy finish. This wine pairs well with richly prepared meats and wild game.
