Reddish is a special batch of cider we leave to sit in wine barrels as we make Pass the Sauce with the rest. It might even be fun to add a Pass the Sauce to your shipment as a fun side-by-side comparison experience. Reddish is named for its pink hue as well as a special nod to Reddish Knob, a local peak just outside of Harrisonburg with a full 360 degree view of VA & WV mountains. This year's Reddish has been aging in red wine barrels from Early Mountain Vineyard and is a beautiful light pink hue. Subtle vanilla and rounded acid from the oak barrel is balanced by prominent red wine notes on the nose and mid palate to make this cider a unique and fun offering for wine and cider fans.
