Carefully crafted from grapes sourced within a few miles of the winery, our 2021 Itasca was barrel fermented and spent five months on the lees with regular stirring. The end result is creamy with notes of crisp pear, toasty brioche, crushed seashells, and Greek yogurt, complemented by zesty acidity. This light yet complex dry wine would pair well with creamy cheeses or seafood, especially freshly shucked oysters.
