This wine demonstrates a brilliant pink rose color. Aromas of light pink roses, raspberries, strawberries, and white peaches lead to a palate rich with strawberries, pink grapefruit and fresh pomegranate. Subtle fruit notes and a pleasant light sweetness balanced by a crisp acidity make this an easily approachable wine. The wine is very enjoyable on its own, or pairs well with spicy foods such as slightly spicy salami, including Spanish Salchichon, or even Italian Pepperoni. Good cheese pairings are in the slightly acidic Swiss family like Emmentaler or Gruyere. Served chilled (14C ~ 57F), this off dry rosé is a perfect sipper on its own, or pairs amazingly well with spicy nachos enchiladas or other spicy cuisine (Buffalo Wings or spicy Thai!). It’s also great with light snacks or fried chicken. Our favorite pairing? Spicy nachos of course!
