This off-dry Rosé of Garnacha Tinta is a special blend of two vintages of our rosé. It was an experiment by our winemaker to develop a rosé wine with a bit more complexity than our usual single vintage wine. It’s a great wine to enjoy anytime. This rosé wine shines with a beautiful clear, salmon pink color. Aromas of strawberries and ripe melon lead to a savory palate with notes of strawberries, pink grapefruit, and fresh honeydew melon. Aromatic fruit notes and a barely perceptible sweetness balanced by crisp acidity make this a wonderful wine to pair with spicy, salty foods on a meat and cheese picnic platter with crusty sourdough bread. Served slightly chilled (14C ~ 57F). Its brilliance shines best when shared with friends. Our favorite pairing? Salty finger food and an ample table surrounded by friends!
