A representation of my cellar, and of the great State of Oregon. Two-thirds (2/3) of the blend is Willamette Valley Pinot Noir; the other third (1/3) is from the Rogue Valley AVA in Southern Oregon. Wild ferment of gently crushed fruit. Aged in neutral French Oak for six months. Unfined and always unfiltered. Drink now (with a slight chill is nice), or 3-5 years. It is ready to go, but has the tension to go the distance. NOTE: Very BBQ FRIENDLY.
