Single-Vineyard Series: 100% Pinot Noir from esteemed Eola Springs Vineyard. Wadenswil and Dijon Clones make for a fruit forward and spicy variation on the Pinot Noir theme. Aged for 11 months with a smidge of new oak. This wine is fruit forward, with notes of cassis, plum, blackberry compote, pie crust, star anise, and cracked white pepper. While enjoyable in its youth, this wine will be best enjoyed 5-15 years beyond the vintage.
