Sourced from one of the oldest plantings of Pinot Blanc in the Willamette Valley. Regenerative farming practices. Direct whole-cluster pressed, settled, and racked to barrels cleanly, where spontaneous primary fermentation and malo-lactic fermentation were allowed to complete. No additives. No enzymes. UNFILTERED. Beautiful floral and stone-fruit character, with a wet-stone finish.
