2022 "MRV"

Field blend of Marsanne, Rousanne, and Viognier from Les Collines Vineyards in Walla Walla, WA. The Viognier was foot-stomped prior to pressing together with the other two varieties. Cofermented in neutral French oak barrels and an Acacia puncheon for 5 months. Full Malo-lactic fermentation, no synthetic additives or enzymes, and bottled unfiltered. A perfect daily white wine to enjoy as a patio sipper, or to complement dishes, such as sushi, Thai, seafood, poultry, or hot dogs :)
