A versatile wine that can be drunk either chilled (40°F) or at room temperature (65°F). It will benefit from breathing for 30 minutes prior to drinking. Well-balanced tannins and acidity that will allow this wine to mature for 3-5 years.
Color: Light magenta with terracotta reflections.
Nose: Aromas of plum and aniseed with notes of smoky, cooked eggplant.
Mouth: Round and medium-long, with a plumy well integrated finish. Fruitier and fresher when drunk slightly chilled.
