A versatile wine that can be drunk either chilled (40°F) or at room temperature (65°F). It will benefit from breathing for 30 minutes prior to drinking. Well-balanced tannins and acidity that will allow this wine to mature for 3-5 years.

A varietal wine typical of Cabernet Franc.
Nose: Round and smoky with notes of cooked red peppers, fennel, plum, liqourish, raspberry, and pomegranate.
Mouth: Round attack, excellent length with gentle tannins and a soft, sweet finish. The wine opens up, becoming fruitier over time as it stays in the glass.

Color: Garnet with orange highlights
Nose: Red currant and raspberry, with notes of cooked prunes, pomegranate and a hint of tobacco.
Mouth: All the fruit promise of the nose with light, supple tannins and good length of finish.
While this Viognier has the classic varietal nose of apricots and peaches it is much more reminiscent of a Chardonnay than our previous vintage, perhaps because of all the rain in 2018.
This one will appeal even to those who do not like Viognier!

Nose: Complex, rich, round with aromas of caramel, lemon, honeysuckle, honey, violet, mineral note.
Mouth: Beautiful round attack, good length, round, well-balanced. The end is sweet, soft with a spike of acidity which gives freshness. The merest hint of bitterness, reminiscent of a good Gin and Tonic.
