This wine is the winning blend from our Wine Club member's Blending Experience Event where each of our participants chose from several different wines to create their own unique blends. This winning blend is balanced, smooth and enticing, pairing well with bold cheeses, roasted vegetables and rich meats.

Our Sauvignon Blanc is hand-crafted from grapes grown on property. It is refreshingly crisp, juicy and bright, with elegant flavors of peach, lime, lychee and passion fruit, enticing aromatics of orchard blossom and lemongrass, and is balanced with fine minerality and vibrant acidity.
SÉMILLON 2018 - Refreshingly crisp, with subtle notes of mandarin orange, papaya, lime and guava. This wine, with its soft acidity and slight minerality, pairs well with soft cheeses, candied nuts, and seared whitefish.
