Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
Cabernet Franc, which has traditionally been a Bordeaux-style blending wine, has found its voice as a captivating standalone varietal. This wine opens with a floral nose, wild blackberry and spiced plum notes dance through the mid-palate, and concludes with a lingering velvety caramel finish.
Our Barbera is full-bodied, rich in color, with notes of tart cherry, raspberry, and a hint of spice. It pairs well with rich foods like prosciutto, cheese, ribeye steak, roast duck and Italian sausage.
