A Pinot Noir based dry Rosé wine with hints of pomegranate, red apple, and strawberry. Vegan Friendly. Pairs well with Salmon, Salade Nicoise, Bouillabaisse, Gyros and other Mediterranean fares, Fried Chicken, Chocolate and Sunshine. Vegan friendly. Grapes are grown using sustainable growing practices.

Notes

Aromas: Cranberry, strawberry, hints of white flower, honey, and white peach.
Tasting Notes: Strawberry candy, grapefruit, passion fruit. Light and refreshing with a crisp finish.
Color: Deep Salmon.
Winemaker Notes: Hand-picked grapes at 21 Brix, fermented slowly at 54F for two weeks. This wine is 100% pinot noir since the aromatics and taste were so incredibly amazing that it didn’t need blenders.
