An Alsacian varietal that was grown at Zenith Vineyards in the Eola-Amity Hills. Fermented in both barrels and stainless steel, stirred lees then put it all back together in a traditional Alsacian bottle. Why Auxerrois? It's a varietal that Remy loves and when she saw it was available from a great local grower, she couldn't help herself! Summer hay with satsuma citrus, great mid palate weight and zippy ginger snap finish. 11.8% abv
